Day 1 — Arrive and settle
Private meet-and-greet at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ). Road transfer to Stone Town or your beach hotel. Keep the first evening light: harbour walk, fresh seafood, early sleep after the flight.
Day 2 — Stone Town and the channel
Morning in Stone Town with a local guide, then Prison Island or Nakupenda if you want water the same day. Families often prefer a shorter town loop and a sandbank lunch.
Day 3 — Ocean day
Choose Safari Blue from Fumba (Menai Bay dhow day) or Mnemba snorkeling from the north. We time hotel pickup so you are not racing the tide.
Day 4 — Spice, forest or beach
Spice farm and Jozani Forest pair well as a culture-and-nature morning. Prefer the coast? Keep a private car for Nungwi, Kendwa or the east-coast belt.
Day 5 — Soft exit
Beach morning, packing buffer, then airport transfer with flight-aware timing. If you have an evening departure, add a short sunset dhow before the road to ZNZ.
